big test against Willem II

Following the mid-week loss to Braga, Trond Sollied must silence his critics by leading Heerenveen to a victory today over Willem II. With the clubs interlocked at eighth and ninth in the table, this is a crucial six point match. After the 6-0 fallout against Twente, Heerenveen has definitely responded with against the tidal wave of criticism with respectable, hard-working efforts. While Willem II is undergoing very difficult financial problems, threatening the future of the club, it maintains a strong home base. Heerenveen heads into the match without Bonaventure Kalou, Danijel Pranjić, Geert Arend Roorda and Mika Vayrynen.
